I am watching it on the news this morning-wow-we seem to miss the worst of it these days.We aren't getting anything here-just a little spitting snow and the winds are picking up a bit.I am NY state-Massena-on the St.Lawrence River-hopefully power remains on for everyone.
So far so good still have power. Had a lot of snow though and now have to go shovel out. Yuck I hate that part. Glad you missed it and hope your luck runs through the winter. Thanks Suzanne
I saw on the weather that you would get lots of this storm. I live on the edge of NY across lake from Vermont and here we got a couple inches and that is all. Hope you don't lose power.
Hey I thought up north was suppose to get all the snow for the skiiers? How come we got it all Want some? LOL. Glad you missed this one! Suzanne
Wow, where on earth do you live? Can't imagine it that cold. If we get to under 10 we think we're freezing! Our winters are something between 15-20 and most days are warm. We sometimes get between 4 - 8 at night but even in winter we will have a few "bad" days and then the sun shines and the days are warm! Hugs

We live in Rhode Island the east coast of USA. Yep it gets cold in winter and the summers get hot. We are used to it and know how to fair in this weather. Thanks Suzanne
It is cold here for us, but no snow or rain. none even predicted. And our cold was only in the 30-40's but with the wind chill factor, it was somewhat colder. I guess I am not used to real cold anymore, Amarillo TX is cold enough for me. Hugs, Judy
Stay safe and warm. From Minne-SNOW-ta, hehe, I know what you are going through, we broke a 41 year old record and the month isn't over yet, so whos to say if we'll get anymore. If you do go out make sure to take extra, clothes, food, water, etc.. you know the drill, lol!
Diane
Yep know the drill have lived here all my life. You know what to do and when to stay home. Thanks Suzanne
We had those 50-60 mph winds a couple weeks ago. The house started talking and I almost answered. lol We are on our way to accumulate another foot of the white stuff. It took our son 18 minutes to drive 3 miles to the main road from our house in 4-wheel low drive. Then he called us when he got cell phone signal and he called again when he actually got home. The two hour drive took him 3 hours and we were relieved when he got home safe. At lease we are not supposed to have a blizzard this time. Stay safe and warm.
Better to take your time driving in this stuff and be late than not at all. Gld he got home safe! Thanks Suzanne
Susanne, we didn't have a white Christmas - but we did get a few inches today - enough that the landlord grandson will shovel and expect $10 from me. Oh well - it is worth it - to see a young kid out - in the show earning money. You all stay warm and get some pictures to share, too. *4u
Well worth the 10 bucks for someone else to shovel. Now I have to go out and do the same only no one is paying me boohoo Suzanne
You've got snow and we've got rain. You keep warm and we will keep dry. Love Marg
