anything that says Jesus. This is an old Vacation Bible School Craft made into an embroidery design. It is made all in the hoop. You actually make two of them. First hoop disolvable stabilize in 4x4 hoop. Place felt or light weight fleece on top. Run the first stitching which is the outline. Then the first color which is the space between letters. The next can be a different color, or the same as the first color - the outline of the space between the letters. Now take off the hoop and trim the felt up as close as you can to the first stitches - like you would for applique. Do NOT take out of stabilizer. Tape a piece of ribbon under the felt and at the end for the bookmark in far enough to get caught up in the next set of stitches. Also place another coordinating color piece of felt (or fleece) under the felt piece. Put it back in the machine and stitch the next step, which is a finishing zig zag. Take everything out of the frame and trim the edge of the bottom of the bookmark! It is as simple as that! EACH bookmark only takes about 11 minutes.

This is great. I have seen this done with wood to be given as Agape for Emmaus walks. What a great thing to be able to make book marks for the people who attend Emmaus walks. Thanks so much for sharing.
