Patsy. Something doesn't sound right. I agree with the others. Contact Brother... I don't know if the 700's have this, but my 1500 has two bobbin cases, one for sewing and one for embroidery. Does yours have that also?
I would write a letter to Brother and add copies of the repair bills which would show what work has been done again and again. Send a copy to your repairman. There should be a solution to this problem.
I agree with sewdoctor. Do contact Brother as you may have a defective machine that needs to be replaced, hopefully it's still under warranty.

Thanks for all the good advice. You "cuties" always come through for us inexperienced embroideryers. (not sure if that's a word) I will contact brother. I know there is a solution to my problem!

I would contact Brother....it doesn't sound right to me. The very least, I think I would find a new repair person...you shouldn't have to keep replacing bobbin cases. There must be something else wrong with it.
