Wow! you went from far north USA to about as south USA as you could get. That would be an extreme temperature change. Texas is so large that what the temperature in South Texas can be very different from where I am in a suburb of Dallas.

Mother nature can't make us happy! We complain when it's too hot and complain when it's too cold! I hate both, give me 74 and Sunny!

90 was nice, it was breezy, but a bit humid. Sure beats -10 with wind chills, lol!

Sounds like you didn't want to come back. hehhehe. My son lives in Corpus a few miles away, but still warm weather... He says he'd rather be in snow. hehehe..

That is such a difference in temp...I am in hot and humid brisbane Qld Australia 30c dgs...to much to handle some days...Hugs Sally

So happy you are home - it would be a shock to your system - that is a huge change in weather. If you take a picture of your SS - make sure you put it in the post that the others have - already done so - under Sue's posting (suedewsbury)
