I end up just deleting them. They do have some really cute designs but most of the just throw errors and won't come up for me. I have to then sort through the designs to find which ones are bad and delete them. Any ideas?

I haven't had any problems with the ones I've downloaded although I am quite selective! I like to know that the design has been test stitched.

I've been selective as well. Only done a few from there but, like I say, 50% of them I have to delete. Glad you haven't had any problems. Thanks for the response.

Never had a problem with it. I download and make them. Use digitizer Pro what only means that thisone makes its own colors if it is not Jef and I confert them. But that is the problem of the digitizer. Good luck, Yvonne

Ramona, There are several that I had a problem with when trying to pull them up from my PE Basic Reader. They would come up blank. When I would drag them to the Pulse Ambassador, it would show what they were. So when I hooked them straight from my machine, I didn't have a problem either. It was my Reader that wouldn't recognize them. I think I figured it out, but not sure, the reader needed to recognize it in a file folder before it would show up. Once I change a single file into a named folder it would recognize it. Now the only thing I can't figure out is if I convert from another format, my reader won't recognize it as a file even though it is a PES, but when I hook up to the computer directly from the machine, it again recognizes it. I don't get it either, but, now that I've confused you and everyone else, maybe someone more knowledgeable can help you, cause I've probably made it worse. hehehe... Question: do you have them in a folder at all? Also there were a couple of formats that the website software wasn't recognizing. Can't remember which ones, but maybe someone might know. :)

You might need to update your PED Basic to version 1.07 to be able to see designs designs created after pes version 4. I had the same problem until I updated. You'll usually get the msg "no sewing data" in PED Basic if this is the case. :) xXx

Hummm sounds similar even though we don't have the same software. Sometimes they come up but then I go to the design area and it gives me an error. Yes, they are in a folder tagged DBC until I open them and transfer them to their respective folders. That's when I have a problem. Thank you for your info. At least I know I'm not alone.

Are you talking about designs by cuties? I have never had a problem downloading unless they are too big for my hoop and I download at least 1/2 of them.

Yes, Designs By Cuties. They will download but then when I try to look at them in my 4D organizer it gives me an error.
