What does "marked" mean in a couple different places. First I noticed it on DBS and now I just noticed it on community? What exactly does checking the "checkmark" do?

What I like is that I can mark other peoples posts that I want to have more time to answer or read more. I mark it and then I can go back to it at a different time. It makes it easier to find. Happy marking!

It is really a great feature. I have several marked. They are things that I may want to refer back to later. That way you are not searching forever trying to find the one you want. After you click on the check mark it places only those in that catagory. So when you click on the marker tab that is all that is listed.

It makes that post so that when you go to your questions it is saved there so you don't have to go on a search for a post you might want to look at again. Maybe it had directions for doing something you want to refer back to. You click on the check mark beside the photo of the person who made the post. When you don't want it saved with your posts you click on the check mark again and it leaves it off your question list. Very convenient if you need to read a post again.

You are the only one that can see that you marked it. It is for your convenience.
