You did a beautiful job on the dress. Flip-flops and converse sneakers seem to be the thing lately. I was shocked when I saw sneakers in the window of a tux shop last spring. Go figure!
wow what a great job you did & what a good fit too, look how happy she is that is sew worth it!
the material is that bff by Lauren Hancock it had just enough stretch to make it fit like a glove. we did pin it to her bar so she would not keep pulling at it, and too short I thought I told she had to get the cheerleader pants they were under their skirts and she did. thank you! Sue
Cute dress, but I don't know about the shoes. Flowers for you and everyone.
Beautiful... I saw women wearing hi tops with their ball gowns said it was more comfortable

Sue you did a fab job! I need to show my daughter, because she could turned it into an Irish Dance Dress. :) Thanks for sharing.
great job!!! I remember the Converse tennis shoes from the 1950's. These kids think they have something new. At least she should have wore pink ones. Ha! Ha! I remember when I was in college, the boys would wear a formal jacket, shirt and tie. Then they would put a pair of madras plaid shorts and tennis shoes. Each generation expresses their rebellion. They just will look back some day and laugh. Kay
Great job! She looks adorable, shoes and all. 15 years ago my older son wore a dress to homecoming 2 years in a row! So did his friend and their girlfriends wore pants and ties and jackets! My younger son refused to carry on the tradition!
Great job Sue - aren't kids funny - wearing that sort of shoe - well I do have to say - they must be much more comfortable than the high heels that she could have worn. She looks adorable and the technique of using the finshing line to make that wavy look is amazing. *4U
