at this post 10tje answered herself why
Maybe she decided she'd rather be digitising than worrying about the constant work effort required to keep a website up and running.
I worked in the IT industry and I NEVER want to have my own website, I have too many other things to do and after surviving cancer I have realised that the time I have is not guaranteed so I don't want to waste it chasing a few dollars.
Anangel has given comments that could also be applicable, maybe it all just became too much for her.
Then again, her Web hosting service may well be flooded out of action???
I think you should contact her and ask if she is OK.
Just my random thoughts.... hug n roses, Meganne
Alice you have to learn not to take it personally
when I originally began my embroidery my sister tried to tag along, but she did not want to do any of the work she just wanted all the praise.
As we began to get more orders My passion grew
But my sister began taking orders and money that I Knew nothing about, rather then get angry with her I sat down and asked to seperate our dealings as I wanted to go alone and work to my best.
As a result of this we have not spoken since..
we both have ebay shops so we are in competition
against each other.. only mine is very successful
and hers is not im sure she is losing a lot of money
and she has received several negative feedback along with only about 200 feedback in the last 2 years where I have gone through the 2000 barrier.
She still only uses designs that I gave her.. where I have moved on so much as I am the digistiser and the embroider..
In my Heart I want to offer her some help and advice
But in my head I have to remember how used I was.. and also why steal from me..
I now always look at it different I think people have the choice of where to shop..
Big hugs from London

Wow this is such an touching story i know from life that this often happens .We /i often wounder why those that are closest hurt us the most.My sister & i are were you are only for different reasons. You are not alone in this tough old world it really hurts when someone you love /or loved sues you:(:(carolyn
Alice, do not take 10je shutting her site as any affront to you. Life, as you well know, is about constant challenges, and depending on our individual strength, and/or anxieties/frustrations, we sometimes become overwhelmed. Then, it is necessary to prioritize and lessen our burdens, so our mind and body can heal and strengthen to face all life sends our way.
So sorry about the tragic flooding in your state. My prayers and best wishes for a quick return to normal and happier days for all of you.
Angel
Please give your friend a call. Life can bring many challenges our way and it is God working through our friends that keeps us going. I pray for all those in the flooding situations. Hugs and love.
Cindy B.
Give your friend a call and find out what happened. It may have nothing to do with you at all. Offer to help her out. What are friends for? Hope it all works out! Chin up . Our minds make situations worse than they really are. Suzanne
Suzanne, I know it has nothing to do with me, I am upset for her, I know what hard work it is to create and maintain a website. I have been in touch and will continue to stay in touch with her.
Pleases know that we are all keeping you in our prayers and thoughts .Stay safe.
OMG ~ This too is so shocking and sad about 10je. I had heard and noticed nothing to suggest this. Let's just all pray it is a temporary thing and all will be well again soon. Please keep us updated. Thanks, Sandy
These flood waters are devastating to say the least. And so tragic to see all of the animals stranded, it is hardely bareable. Know you are all in our hearts and prayers.
Thinking of you, Sandy and Ken
Oh no, Alice, I was totally unaware of this....she is so generous and talented, I wonder what happened?
Vicki
Also, so saddened and giving prayers out to all the people suffering this flooding in Queensland and beyond......may God watch over each and every living being and keep them safe.........
Oh my Vicky, you have no idea, I barely spare a thought for the "beings" rural Queensland is so much farmland. and when I say i barely spare a thought it is because I can't bare to. the horses, cows, sheep, they are all so hopelessly trapped. We are a country that loves our animals, and the RSPCA does an awesome job. but I guess the first order of prayer is for the people, 9 dead, last time I watched the tv and 72 missing, that is just what we are being told. not as bad as some tragedies that I will not recount here, but very bad indeed.
