I don't know of that model, but I have the Kodak Easy Share C743 - I have had this for some time, and love it for what I use it for. My DH is into the bigger cameras and lenses - I will stay with mine. LOL
Thanks, I use mines mostly for taking pictures of my garments, events, and photos. My dad has two cameras one digital and than a professional one. He L*VES taking photos. I keep it simple myself ;D *2U
I love the easy share kodaks, and go out of my way to buy them now :) One thing that I noticed is that you have to buy the AA lithium batteries as these are power hungry cameras. My mom got a newer model than the ones I have and she has to charge hers by plugging in on a dock which I dont like. If Im out I take spare batteries with me. The only problem I have with my Kodaks is that I loose them lol (somtimes its because one of my little ones has taken it, or I've hidden it from them and forgotten my hiding place! lol) xXx
Yes, the batteries does run down fast. Kodak is very easy but I can't seem to get into it. I have an old camera that takes a licking and keep ticking. I guess everyone in your family will have to have their own camera ;D *2U
I have a Kodak Easy Share Z1485 IS. The pictures were okay. I don't like the battery at $15 replacement cost. And I don't like that I was only able to use it 6 times before it broke. I did contact Kodak and they can't help me since I don't have a street address. I live in a rural area and have to go to town to pick up my mail. In spite of the fact that there is no house mail delivery in my area they won't help me with anything. At this point I'm ready to send the darn thing back to them and tell them to keep it. I loved my Cannon before my spouse took it when he broke his (needed it for work). So I'm looking to replace it with my old camera and spouse can have the broken Kodak.
I know what you mean. I had my Samsung a little over year and the screen went snowy ;< I L*VED that camera. I have a stand by but the batteries go so fast ;< I just don't feel like I am bonding with this camera, so I plan to return it before it's too late. I know a few people who L*VE their Cannon's and tried something else but returned back to their Cannon ;D *2U
I dont have street mail either (also rural) but I contacted the shop where I bought my camera (not a kodak in this case) and they helped me out. Perhaps the shop where you bought yours will help you?
That's a problem for me too since My spouse bought it and I have no reciept and don't know where he got it. He isn't even around for me to get any of the info. I just want my old camera back.
My husband has a kodak easy share, he really likes it, very easy to use and takes fairly good pictures. my camera is a little more serious though.
Thanks for sharing. Yes, they are easy to use. My other camera and I bonded so well ;>> Now I WAIT patiently for my DREAM camera, LOL ;D *2U
I think you mean C813 I have one of those and love it very easy to use!...Hugs Sally
Sally, I don't know, maybe you can call your local Walmart on check their online site, IHTH ;D
beatie, I found the C183 on the Kodak aust site:
http://store.kodak.com/store/ekco...
(might have to copy & paste the link)
I feel so ripped off lol I bought my C613 at Dickies for $169 on sale a few years ago. (not really - I love this camera esp the AVI format for video rather than MOV that other cameras use. Plus the anti-shake really means anti-shake, unlike the other brand of camera I bought ...urgh.)
I also saw there's an update for the Easy Share software too. Version 8.2 Good to know if I ever move on from XP :) xXx
I've an earlier model of the EasyShare.
