What kind of scissors do you girls recommend to me to cut the threads?

I have a lot of scissors for this. My favorite brand is Havel's. The last pair I got are their Squeeze scissors. They have Havel's 33010 written on them and they are great.

I also prefer the small sharp curver scissors. I buy the Gingher scissors. They cost more, but a great product. www.gingher.com. Hugs and flowers.

like most everybody I also have found the little curved sisssors work terrific. If you happen to have an old manicure set around they usually include a nice thin curved pair. Try it you'll like it1 :-)

After years of research,(haha) seriously after about 30 pairs of tying, the curved ones are the best. Like cutiepie says, you can cut your threads so much closer and my favorite of these are called "Squeeze scissors". You don't have to hold them at any particular angle, you just squeeze and they snip that thread promptly. I can even use them with either hand. ;)

I prefer this type of scissors also. They work very. No round holes for my finger and thumb to get caught in. haha. They qre quick to use.

I have a pair of curved blade embroidery scissors that I love. Since the blades are curved, I can clip the threads much closer to the fabric without unhooping my project or snipping the material accidentally. Look for sharp points and narrow blades, since that will give you the best control.
