Really good tip. I have been using a sticky roller to get all my scrap "misses".
Thanks - that works too - but the sticky goes away - with this veggie scrubber - you just clean it out and it is good for the next time, too. *4U

Shirlene, what a great way to start the new year with a tip published. I happen to know who has the tip of the day for tomorrow. Can you guess?
Bev
I just knew when I gave away my plastic veg brushes because I wasn't so fond of them, I'd need them!! But I probably wouldn't have been able to find them anyway! Good hint!!
Great Tip. I never would have thought of a vegatable brush. Now I will go buy several new ones. Thanks for sharing. Hugs, Mary
Mary, I use them alot for many things - this is just one of them - that I found works for me - enjoy. *4U
Great tip too! Thanks for sharing and congrats on the post there.
Great!! and great idea. Now you have a new excuse to get a new veggie brush. I re cycle old tooth brushes all the time, I wash them in the dish washer. Kay
I don't need an excuse - I buy them all the time - I even use them to clean spot on my clothes and also the carpet - I really like these little brushes. Thanks Kay!
Claude & Terre and any others that might want to know - here is a picture of the veggie brush that I use - this is two of them - from the top and bottom - as you see the bristle are plastic and not like regular brushes - so the threads don't clump up in this one and make it hard to remove them - as in other brushes. I hope this helps.
Oh WOW! Shirlene, I now see what that would work. Great idea. Thanks for showing the picture.
Congratulations....can't wait to see what you get.;)
Thanks Jerrilyn - I got some great designs - on sale. Now to find the time to stitch them. Hehehe!
I sure appreciate all your great tips! My poor brain is too tired to think of them. hehehe
Congratulations Shirlene! I must try that next time instead of messing up the rollers on the vacuum!
Carol
Carol, I am now the one that has to unmess the rollers of the vacuum - so I do try not to vacuum up many thread - any more - Hehehe!

Debra, thanks - it is funny - when you can send in a tip - that you have been using - if they haven't received it - they just might publish it. Go for it. *4U

Thanks dear - I am so pleased your Mother loved the bookmark and that she keeps it in her bible - the most important place. *4U
Congratulation dear Shirlene, I have look for the words "veggie scrubber" il the dictionary.
I have not found them. Scrubber seems to be a eraser, and veggie a vegetable ???
It is very interessant to know, because I have always much threads down on the carpet.
Claude, thank you dear - it is a brush - that has soft plastic bristles on it - that most people buy to clean their vegetables with - usually you can find it in the kitchen section of the store. *4U
Great idea Shirlene, it is often the simple ideas that are so effective. Enjoy spending your voucher
From Shirlene: Have you ever finished stitching out a lovely embroidery design and thought the whole time you were clipping your thread, putting them in the trash and they were going onto the floor? I have, and found that I can use a veggie scrubber to pick them up rather quickly - just brush it around and pull out the clippings and get them in the trash quick as a wink. Keep on stitching!
Shirlene I have no idea what a vege scrubber is. is it like a dish brush?
I little bit - but it is more of a plastic brush - rather than a brush brush. I will try to find one and take a picture and put it here - soon.
