How do I get rid of the chat pop up that started showing up on the designs by sick web site? Don't know why it stated to show up now. Signed up for news letter, not CHAT.

I also had that to pop up this afternoon. My two little grandsons had been playing on my computer, so I thought they had done something to cause it. I guess not. I don't really know what to do about it.

That happened to me, too. And I didn't sign up for the newsletter. After I closed it, it popped up again! They must still have glitches in it.

They have made changes and I got that pop up today and wondered what was going on now! I mind my own business and still someone is always watching for me..... =0)

I think they've changed their site just a bit. They are easy to work with if you e-mail them. Good luck.
