shows the pic so I can move them to a card. Don't understand why but it happened once before and I can't remember how I got that fixed. The new sucker flower design was what made me notice it is happening.

only the pes format will show in ped-basic. this confused me for a while! lol

I have also done the same thing. I found out they were still in a zip file...opened them and it should show up.

Not sure which problem it was but by saving them through Wilcom Trusizer I had no problem.

I have also noticed this. See my query a while ago.
Use ambassador to convert to and save in an earlier version. I did them all.

Funny cause my answer to that post was the first one it shows, lol. My son had showed me how to do it all and I forgot when he left but I have it working now so I can use Trusizer, still "iffy" with ambassador.

I am wondering if it is a PES version issue - maybe sewmom (who is generous to convert Lee's designs to PES) used a different version when she converted that one vs. other ones. So, if she converted it to a higher version and your software needs a lower version it does not show up. Perhaps she will see the question and provide feedback.

Possible, I have Wilcom Trusizer that I got free on line and I just took the design to there and had it "save as" and now they are showing up.

The problem I have noticed having is that on accassion when I download something to the card if disapears from my cd or USB storage that I thought I was "copying" it from. It also doesn't show in the file it saves to before it copies to the card. I have the PE-Design by brother. Only becasue my computer wouldn't support Ped-Basic, which I had to exchange for PE-Design. Every once in a while I get format errors too, and I can't access the design, even though I can see the PES design in my file.

I haven't had that problem thankfully. I got it going now though but wonder how many it did it to that I didn't catch.

Thanks everyone, I went into Trusizer (got it free on line) and saved them again and now they show up. I will be checking each design from now on!

I bought 'Custom Works" and then went in and saved them again in pes and the picture comes thru. I have this problem with some of cutie designs. Does it come up with 'no sewing data"?

It doesn't come up at all. From now on I will check the program after each one I download. I went into Trusizer and saved them again and now they are showing up.

I just checked mine. It does not show up either. The last time we had this happen, we had to download a different format and then convert to PES. It might have something to do with the version of PES that was used. I will try to convert mine and see what happens. Joyce

I don't check after each download either. I quess I need to check the ones I know I downloaded. I just downloaded this as HUS and converted it and it works now. I only checked this one after reading your question. Joyce

Is it the right size ?Did you unzipp the design, if you do not unzipp a design the Ped-Basic wont work, is it in PES format?I can not think of another problem.

Everything was just the same as the others I downloaded from designs by cuties, even from the same digitizer. smithandsmith's always come out fine for me but not this one and some from other cuties.

Do you need to change the size of your hoop in Ped-Basic? Or, are the designs PES? Hope this helps!*

They are PES, just like I use, those new heart designs with the alpha showed up as did the first flower sucker design and I downloaded the little heart boarder and they all showed up but then I found the new sucker one didn't so I looked a bit more and found others that aren't showing up though they are from the same digitizers in cute.
