I would like to share with you the wonderful, excellent, superior, grand, customer service I received from Reen at Embroidery Garden..

A few monthes ago I purchased an ITH DESIGN, Doggy-Doo-ty Bag Holder. the design on the front said I (heart) my dog. A friend wanted one of these but she wanted it pluralized (dogs). Since I couldn't find a font that even came remotely close to the font on the design, I sent an email to Reen of Embroidery Garden. I was willing to pay for the "S" or a whole new design if she could accommodate my needs. Not only did she send me a whole new design with the word dog pluralized, she did so within an hour or so upon receiving my email..Her designs stitch out perfect, and her step by step instructions are easy to understand and follow.

I have only read good things about Reen in the several years I have been browsing websites pertaining to machine embroidery. I love her website and her quality designs! Sounds like Reen adds a new dimension to "customer service"!

Thankyou for sharing this. It's so good to know a designer who's work is good (haven't we all had some terible digitizations that 'don't quite stitch out').
Ihave always like the Emb. Garden designs and would now purchase with confidence.

PS Hope you friend was pleased with the results.

Yes I have had some bad results with a couple sites..I won't return..I usually can tell by the way a website is set up and always look for feedback on them..*4u..and my friend was absolutely amazed and very happy with her doo-ty bag...I also made these for a diaper bag and omitted the wording all together..and used small cute prints suitable for baby..

Really nice to share great service - love the bag (may have to ask the owner to post the plural version for sale on her site too - my friend has two furry friends - dachshunds just like the owner of the site has - and I think she would really like something like this).

Too many times we are quick to run our mouth when service is lousy..It would be more effective and constructive if we give more attention to those who provide outstanding service rather than waste our time on the bad ones..These are the establishments I will frequent!

If only everyone gave such good service! The stores wonder why people are going to the Internet to purchase things. Could it be the local stores don't remember what "service" means? Way to do Reen!!

You are soooo right...I work one on one with customers..(I work in a Deli) and so many times customers have commented on my service to them..they say it's such a delight to be greeted with a smile, good morning, and how can I help you..hmmm just plain commen courtesy and manners that we are all taught growing up..lol..well I guess times are changing huh...*
