Lillian, I love it! You did a great job and I am sure the baby will enjoy it also. Will probably still be dragging it around for several yrs. before they outgrow it! I can still remember watching Brian with his footed P.J.'s dragging around his favorite blanket. I had a huge oval wool braided rug in the living room and he would pile up on the rug with his blanket and go to sleep. My grandmother made that rug for me when I got married.
Great way to use up your bits and pieces. the blanket is so sweet...know the new mom will love it.
Very cute! Got the alpha too, so glad to see it in use, I love it...thanks for sharing.
soooo adorable. my sons are now running around with scarfs...just a strip of fleece fabric and I fringed ends.
There is just so much you can do with the fleece & it is so soft & cuddly. I have yet to see a child that did not like how it feels. Those scarfs will be warm for the boys. Thank you
THIS IS SO BEAUTIFUL, YOU WOULD NEVER SAY IT IS MADE FROM A PIECE OF FABRIC, THE COLOURS AND THE DESIGNS ARE BEAUTIFUL. VERY NICE.
Lilian, it looks beautiful. Nice to use scraps to end up with something so pretty!
Thaank you Martine, As I told Shirlene I have a humongous cache of scraps & I am trying to whittle it down some. Daughter makes things, not happy with them, never uses or wears so I get the article with scrap fabric. This was a pair of pants she made for herself, never wore so I took it all apart. Nice permanent press fabric. cannot let it go to waste. LOL
Lillian, you did a stunning job on this blanket. It looks lovely. *4u Hugs yvonne
Miss Lillian, this is adorable and Abby will look great wrapped in it.
You made a beautiful baby blanket Lilian. The pale Yellow is very fine, fits perfectly with the sweet Font, Hilde *******
Hilde I love those Baby Girl Fonts appliques. They are all great & stitch out so nicely. I love pale yellow for babies so many different colors will go with it & I have always loved pastels for babies.
