For some reason my design uploaded 2 times! Not sure how it happened, but when I clicked on "upload design" I got an error message saying it had not uploaded, but when I looked on the site there it was, double!
Is it necessary to contact anyone to delete one of the designs? If so how do I go about it? ThanksChristie in Germany

57492Yep, it is still there twice and neither one works, lol. If Miss Veronika doesn't remove them just let them pass and try to put up one that works. Maybe private message to "test", maybe they can remove the ones that aren't working.
33580Your new 4x4 doily is not working. We get 404 not found when trying to download. Can you try again?
You do not have to delete them but if you want to avoid confusion go to "contact us" at the bottom of the page to submit a ticket. Be sure to include the urls of the 2 designs in your message so they know which ones to delete.

ha-have fun with that-I submitted a ticket Saturday because I tried to order the patrickfont pack @ the $4.95 sale price-there was some problem with processing so I contacted provider(this has happened before and they corrected the problem)-nobody got back to me so I submitted another on sunday-I wanted to get in on that great price before it went to the higher price-
Well-as of this morning-Wednesday-I still have not had ANY response and needless to say the pack is now up to $14.97-kinda irks me-should have just gone straight to Veronika. I have done the helpdesk before, so it isn't like I am not familiar with it...oh well, maybe one of these days the design will go to the free daily collection. ~linda~ =O(

True it's been taking a long time. On some very important matters Veronika has emailed me herself after I submitted the ticket.

I think one was high priority-the others were normal. I am just gonna give up on it-as long as it doesn't show up on my debit-which it hasn't-I guess I won't be getting it. Yeah- she did personally email with another mix up about 3 months ago-but I haven't heard a word this time-

3177I've just tried to download the coaster and get 404 not found for both verions and all formats. Perhaps they both need deleting!
140717You can't do it yourself. You could send a PM to "test" to explain and ask if one could be removed. BTW I've just stitched two of your butterfies to make a lavender sachet - they are lovely. (Thank you) It appear in projects later (just waiting for them to dry!)
