Welcome to Cute! Just drag up a chair and sit a spell. Think you'll really enjoy the bunch. Just ask, and answer questions or just add comments, give flowers and just get to know us. We're glad to have you. Hugs, Karen
Hi Becky - Welcome to the Cute family. The people here are amazing. I have learnt so much from all the people here. Just be careful - the site is terribly addictive. Sarah.
Welcome Becky
You will love this site and every Cutie here. There is always someone to help, so don't hesitate to ask questions.
Just to show you how helpful this group is, I asked if anyone had a knitted sweater pattern for a sweater that I made in the 80's and believe it, someone still had the pattern. It doesn't always have to do with sewing or embroidery, they are so willing to lend a hand. Miss Veronika, the owner of this site is so generous with free designs. I have been collecting them for a few years now and everyone I have used has sewn out beautifully.
Think about a membership and you can get every design available now and for the next 6 months, its well worth the money.
Warm Hugs
Jerrib
Thank you. I will probably get a membership just as soon as I figure out how to store and organize my designs.
Welcome to the group, Becky! I am sure that after you have been here awhile that you will love this site even more than now! Look around, read everything on the left and check out all of the wonderful designs. It will not take you long to learn to navigate around and feel like you have been here forever. Anything you do not understand, just ask and someone will come along with an answer! It is nice to have you here and I can say one thing, the more you participate in the discussions and share your ideas with all of us, the more your garden of flowers will grow! They are of no monetary value but it sure does make you feel good when your garden grows! Have fun and I will say that if you read alot of the post, you will learn alot. I sure have over the last few yrs! I am a very long time crafter, come to think of it I am a very long time everything...heehee but I have learned more here than sitting at my machines! again, Welcome and have fun! Hugs, Linda
Hi,
Welcome to Cuties. I think this is a great site. The folks here are always willing to help with there knowledge and time. Thay also give freely of their tallent, in Designs by Cuties. In the time I have been on this site I have found encouragement and support, not only for myself but for each other.
The kindness shown when some one is ill, are has had a loss, or is sad is nothing short of amazing. And the joy that the cuties feel when one of the members has something good happen for them, it is so real.
You sound like you will be a great asset to this site.
*4U.

And here's another * for you and for all others too :)
It is amazing how much you learn if you ask questions. I have learned about a lot of different ways to work with my machine and want to try it all out.
Welcome here! And don't be afraid to ask questions!
You've made a great start at getting involved in this group. Well done, and I'm sure you'll enjoy being a Cutie, just like all of us :) You will be constantly surprised by the huge variety of things on which embroidery appears! Enjoy your class and enjoy practicing what you learn.
A great BIG Welcome to you Becky!!! Glad to have you in the family. Hugs, Judy
Thanks Judy. Love your name, thats my mom's name. She used to be a judge. HaHa they called her "Judge Judy"
Welcome to Cute! Here's another *4U. This will soon become like family.
Yes - this is a good group at Cute - and welcome to our Cute family. Even experienced sewers can pick up something new from time to time.
I felt the same way a year ago when I found this site. It is an addiction for us all now. I spend more time on this site than I do embroidering! If you haven't tried FSL (free standing lace) yet, you must, it is addicting and I love it! I just finished the heart shaped love earrings for me, my Mom and my best friend and I have been making angels by the ton!
Welcome and have another flower!
Thank you. I have not tried FSL, however I have a embroidery class this Friday that came with my machine, and that is one of the things I want to learn about. I did purchase a pattern that makes little coin, make up cases in the hoop. I am loving that one. They will make great gifts.
You will love the In The Hoop (ITH) desigs - I hope you do try Free Standing Lace (FSL), too.
Welcome to the family, I am sure you are going to enjoy yourself with this family and you will be learning alot from everyone. This is one family that never lets you down, always trying to help each other. Geeta
Welcome to cute. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as I do. This is my family away from home. Best of luck with your embroidery. If you need help just holler. Someone will hear you.
P.S. you look too young to be a Granny.
Hugs,
Sukiray
I always say I am too young! I guess when you have kids young and then they have theirs yound that's what happens. I have two grandsons 1 1/2 and 3 years old. Love them like crazy!
Enjoy them. They grow too fast. I have 10 of them little urchens, ages 3-24, and I am still young, I hope. HEHEHE!!!
