No, you don't have to be a member to get freebies. The designs are tagged that you can download as a freebie with the freebie icon.

54557Even though I have a password, etc. I still cannot get onto this site. As I recall I have to uncheck something on my computer and to me that defeats the purpose. Other sites do not make it this difficult and that's why I never visit that site.
