Thank you the desing is by Zundt Embroidery. Rather expensive considering you only get the bowl base and side.
wow it it real good work i have never try that before a very big flower for you gr sonja
Wow, Dlonna, I seriously don't see the mistake! You made an excellent 'save' apparently, and came out with a very nice bowl despite whatever happened. Sorry for your error, but this is a fine example of the saying, "When life hands you lemons, make lemonade!" Outstanding work! Marji
If we don't make mistakes we don't learn. But, I hate doing things over to correct these. yesterday I had to trash something that I was doing, there was absolutely no saving it.
dlonna, if this was a mistake, let us all make them. What a beautiful bowl. How big is it, it looks large to me? A flower for your patience and endurance.
I should have pictured it with something that could give reference of the size. The base of the bowl is only 3 inches, and the width of the finished bowl is 5.5 inches. Quite small for the amount of stitches and time that it took, but do like it.
dlonna, this is very nice - I am glad to see that you went ahead and finished the project and save what you had - you got it stitched together really well - I love the Zundt lace - it is the best that I have found - a bit pricey - but so wonderful. Some of the bowls are not as large as we really thought that they would be - but they are really a good size - once you do one or two of them. Great job. Oh I see that your have gone over the 1000 mark - as well - CONGRATULATIONS. *4U
Yes, and thank you for the response, and assistance in helping me achieve the honor.
Beautiful I don't see any mistakes. Good Job. Again congrats on 1000 . A flower for you.
If this is a mistake, I'm not showing any more of my projects!!!! It looks beautiful! ;)
Beautiful bowl--love those Zundt designs--did two of the paisley bowl/doily sets before Christmas---lots of stitches! But definitely worth every one. Remember no one else scrutenizes this like the stitcher does! Thanks for sharing. Lj
