I am very worried because my daughter went on holiday just before the touble started. I have not heard from her but she is not in an area that has reports of unrest and fighting. I will be glad when she is back on Wednesday.

O2kar, I'm in Saudi Arabia and the thing is that no where in Europe and USA was our flooding reported! We had extra heavy rains and Jeddah flooded badly in 2009 and again last week, picture link below. We're praying that this time the government actually does something to fix the city.

Those pictures are awful dolly. I hope the people there are getting the help they need. It's a shame how lives are changed forever when floods like that happen.

Paryers go out to all who are in Egypt. Have been watching Al Jazeera English Live Stream. The people want Mubarack to step down and all he is succeeding in doing is angering them more by the new appoints he has made, and his refusal to step down. Reports say things have turned for the worst, water has been turned off and looters are out vandalizing and burning small businesses, etc. One report says a musiuem was vandalized by people with security forces uniforms and badges.
