Is there anyone out there who know where I can get free lace projects from. I am looking for a very beautiful bowl to give for a wedding gift.

bkd147, I have found three on the Dainty Stitches and the one that you wouldn't think was a bowl on the Sue Box. So Dianne and Shirlene have directed you to the right places for some pretty free, free standing lace projects. Please post pictures, so we can see what you decided on. A flower for you.

Go to daintystitches.com - they have a really pretty heart bowl - that should be in the freebie section. Good luck - you can make it any color that you want - just make sure you use the same color thread in the upper and bobbin - use good quailty wash away stablizer - two thickness' if it is the guaze like mesh - have lots of fun with it.
