Mandy, I use the QA thread all the time, they have a good sheen to them and yes you have to get them in a set. I bought all the sets and the varigated ones, I am running low on some colours but maybe you can pick the set that has the colours you are looking for. Where in Queensland do you live?

I have used them many times. If you use a colour quicker than the others, then I guess you would be able to buy good thread a spool at a time. I have had not trouble with the thread quality at all. If you check on ebay there are a couple of people who sell them individually or as small groups of colours and they are brand new. Spotlight is having a sale today and you can get them there so it is a good time to have a look at the groups of colours available as there are six sets of 14 colours and two sets of six varigated colours. Worth a look.

they do have mail order or phone order. It's a good idea to get a VIP card as well. If you decide to try them via mail order, phone a store and ask for someone from the machine embroidery section to find out price/stock codes to do a phone order. Otherwise there is always ebay as it works out similar with postage anyway. Hope this helps. Libby

Wow, I have never heard of that thread, but without being able to replace individual spools - I more than likely will not, either. Hehehe! It does sound like nice thread. *4U

Mandy, I use QA, and others, and don't have any problems. They have a beautiful sheen. The only problem is that you can't buy individual spools, so can't replace the ones you use the most without buying a full pack. Flowers and hugs.
