Hope I can get the machine in for service in the next day or two and that it doesn't cost too much to repair! I want to get back to stitching out the designs I have for you. They will be uploaded as soon as possible!

Have a wonderful day!

Hope you have a good and not expensive feedback from your serviceman and your machine is back with you asap.

Will be at least 3 weeks before I get it back. The repairman is at a trade fair the next 2 weeks (Messe) and also has several machines to do before mine!

Just a question... could the thread be too tight for some reason and pulling the needle off center?

No, wish it was! Does it without any thread in.

Christie, I hope it isn't something that takes a long while - we all hate being without our machines. *4U

Hope it will soon be ready. I missed my machine (4 needle) a week and it is terrible. Good luck with it and I hope it is not serious, Yvonne

Sorry to hear your machine is down...sounds like it could be rather serious, certainly hope the shaft isn't bent. Thanks in advance for the designs you have planned for us.
