Hi Sue
I sent you an email about 4 weeks ago but haven't heard anything from you so I will send it again (Africa post !@#$%Y) Hope I am not too late to join in the fun!
Lotsa laughs
Fiona
Keep the emails coming - we have another week at least before we need to make a start on the Secret Easter Bunny!
Things are really moving now - the first secret (birthday) santa gift has been received and there are more in the pipeline! Anyone else want to join?
Well I've done it! Sent my email off complete with all details - I hope! Thank you for taking on this emormous project. Getting quite excited already!!
I am not sure about joining as I am not confident that what I make might not be good enough to send to anyone else.
Please don't think that! We are an equal opportunities community. Anyway the gift doesn't have to be embroidered if you want to do something else.
Come on aussie, come on!!! It was so much fun at Christmas with the secret santa...Does not matter what you send the giving is what it is about...Hugs Sally
You don't have to make anything if you don't feel confident.
You can always purchase a gift, based on the recipients likes. Just check the posts of the last Secret Santa gifts received and it will give you many ideas. Hugs n roses, Meganne
My secret santa didn't make anything, but she sent some really nice gifts!
Thanks Sue. I have sent my email. I wish I could send you a whole bouquet of flowers. You are really brave taking on this project. Sounds like tremendous fun!
Come on those of you in UK - you're lagging behind!
I've just been sorting out the list! I've had a bit of a problem working out who everyone is (although I think I've succeeded so far)- would you please make your user name clear when you send me the first email? Not many takers from UK, Europe or South Africa yet but loads from USA and Australia!
Sending an email from Downunder. Seems us Aussies love a challenge. Thanks heaps for making this fun :)
So sorry - I never even thought to send my user name - I bet you will not be able to put me with my email name and my real name either - will you? Hehehe!
Yeah, I forgot to add my name and address in the first email too. DOH!
OH, and I don't mind posting outside of Aus, it's no big deal.
Hugs n roses, Meganne
Sent another e-mail, just forwarded the original but added my username and country, lol! I hope that makes it easier, with all the original infor in tack.
Diane
Will definitively send my email in soon too.
Thank you Sue.
ttt
Thank you, Sue, I like that idea of sharing, I send an e-mail
The list is growing nicely! Keep the emails coming.
i would love to , i really enjoyed the last one
hugs Lee
Oh - are you up to doing this again? If so, I am too. I love this, and some other sites do have monthly gift exchange - but please, Cuties, if you are going to want to do this - it needs to be followed through. I know at times life gets in the way, but something small - just to show that they are acknowleged. What fun this is!
I wonder if when they send their e mails to you if they should also tell whether or not they are willing to send a gift to another country. Some arent and only want a secret pal if they are in the US.Or where ever it is they live. Just a thought
Bev
I'm going to keep within the same country unless anyone asks for different. Some of the postage costs were exhorbitant last time.
Thanks Sue! I hope those who do participate give lots of information for the person who gets them to work from. You're the best!
Just as a little tip, we can also check a persons profile if they have one, and read their list of questions etc to get an idea of what they may enjoy, to personalise it some more.
Thanks Sue, I have sent you an E-mail

The emails are coming in! I won't reply to them just yet so don't panic.
I agree, great idea. Christmas in July sounds like fun.
hugs n gumnuts, Meganne
You're a brave and generous woman, Sue! I'm certain it will go a lot better and be a whole lot easier to coordinate, using direct email contact between participants and yourself. Thanks for putting so much thought into all this and how it could be improved. Looking forward to the next event!
