I am trying Carbonite online back system for the first time. Does anyone use it? Any complaints?

If you do get it, I think that Kim Komando has a special of some sort. If you go to her site, and search you will probably find info... She highly recommends it.

My hubby bought the Carbonite backup several months ago, and it was a highly recommended addition. No complaints at all.
