LOL-I know what you mean about the ton of button and not being about to match one to a missing one (or 2). As for the machine response-lmao-oh those darling husbands we call our own-they can be entertaining to have around sometimes, huh? ~linda~
Isn't that funny? I went through the same thing the other day when I wanted two lilttle red buttons to do the snowman bag that I was trying to duplicate. You would think that I would have had 2 that would match!!! - Oh Nooooo - had to go get a package.
Clothing comes with spare bottons, in little plastic bags, I have a tin that I put these into. Then another tin with loose buttons and another with plastic contains with it sorted into colours.
This seems to help if I am looking for something.
Hugs Yvonne
This shirt had no extra buttons. I keep them all too when the shirts come with extras. This shirt I could not match Darn suzanne
Where are the buttons that usually come attached at the bottom of the shirt - all men's clothes have those don't they? Usually one or two. Good luck dear - would lovel to see a picture of all your button collection someday. *4U
Thanks I must have thousands of buttons from my aunt, grandmother, mom and mine. Nothing matched. This shirt had no extras. So I stole them from the flap pockets and replaced the pocket ones with something different but the same shape. Oh well Suzanne
sounds familiar.....but if the buttons are where they tuck into the pants, just use one close to it...that is what I do....
I did steal them from the pockets and replace them with similiar ones the same shape but different colors. ooks Ok suzanne thanks
