well i have the pe-design7 and the manual. i've not got a clue how to use it as yet. i'm gutted it's a copied disc and what i paid for it was a rip off.checking all sites cuties suggested anymore?

140717115775If it was ebay you can report the seller for illegal copying. If you are sure it is a copied disc, then I would NOT hesitate to do this even if it meant phoning someone at ebay to get more information.
You also have other options such as the local police Fraud Squad who would tell you how to go about laying charges and making a claim against the person responsible.
You should also contact Brother and tell them what has happened and that you bought the software in good faith, believing it to be genuine.
You should also got to the site you purchased it from and take a copy of the listing, as evidence.
You should not let it go.

122864Hi Bunnyhop, very sorry to hear what has happened. Where did you buy the PE7 from? I ask as depending where it came from depends if you can get a refund from the seller. As it is very late I will check back in the morning and see if you have replied

I suspected that this was where you bought and also if it were me I would be contacting the site. Did you get the security dongle and reader card or just the 'copied' disc?

just got a copied disc i have a USB port so all designs go through that.gave my daughter the money and she did it through her paypal account.i think it's going to be a busy month trying to get the money back.
