My Computer kept saying, "NO I don't want to do that".

I was just getting frustrated and tired of doing that project. Instead of having just one DVD or CD I have about 5 that are not full. Suppose at least I don't have so much stuff on my Computer.
Might be a little faster now. Lyn

My sympathies - my monitor died on Thursday and I'm trying to make do with my laptop until a replacement arrives. I have an external drive which backs up once a week, but it is surprising how many things I've saved in four days that are (temporarily) inaccessible!

Isn't it amazing how we take things for granted. Never imagine they will ever break down. This is one reason why I wanted to get my patterns off the computer. Hope you have a new monitor soon. Cheers, Lyn

Lyn, it might be time for you to get a jump drive or a external hard drive - that way you can just put all your files to that and then you will not have all the CD or DVD and you will have everything in one place. If it is done - you will be so much happier and your PC will work faster, too. *4U Shirlene

Guess because I am of the older generation I don't think of things like that. It would be just too simple. I have CD's everywhere. Will have to look into it. Thank you
