Hankies are one of my favorite things to stitch on - so I am also jealous and I would also do a table cloth out of it - because that is exactly what I have been looking for to work on. You are sure lucky. Are you Irish? Hehehe! *4U

Wow, I'm jealous of that find! Congrats to you on getting it and I hope you have a great time sewing it all up. You have gotten some good ideas. If you feel up to it, you could do a nice table cloth or runner. That would look so light and spring-timey (I know that's not a real word, but I hope you get what I mean) in linen. Again, I am jealous! =]

bkd147, the usual ladies hankie is 8 inches with about 1-2 inces of lace or crochet around it. A man's is 15 sqaure. That comes from knowing my hankie's. HaHa. Have fun and please show us your finished projects. A flower for you.

What a find for you - I was just at a site and they had cute little lavender designs that would look great on little sachets - and smell good too when you put lavender into it. And I am sure that you could find mini designs that could be put on just about anything. I like to do my pictures on linen. Have fun stitching all of that up!

Big enough to blow your nose on, I guess, haha. Bkd, I've just done a quick measure, 25-30cm, roughly 10-12in. That was a real bargain that you got yourself there. You could make cushions, small ones would be pretty, hearts or other shapes for lavender sachets. I'm sure once you start, ideas will come flooding into your mind, and you can use some of those millions of freebie designs! Have fun, hugs and flowers sweetie.
