I saw one made up today and thought what a cute quick gift for my friend..I think they even have pins with hearts on the top

i did not find any free in the hoop ones. But found 30 free pincushion patterns. Scroll down to the 11th pincushion for a really nice heart. kind of different, I might make this one my self.
