some time the best fix for a router is to hit the reset button on the router.. we had this same problem with our router and before my hubby had them come out he was looking at the router as he talked to them and said he would get back to them.. he pressed the reset button and presto back in business.. would you believe they never once mentioned try hitting the reset button..money money money is the name of the game..
It seems that company need 'to be told'. Perhaps a letter to those in charge?
I complained and they said they would take 20 off my bill. LOL I missed all togeather 1 1/2 days work for this.
