Friday to install it between 1 and 5pm. I waited until 5 and then called them, they say sorry but we didnt have the part on the truck. SO we made another appt. for Sat between 1 and 5. Again I waited at 4:30 two trucks pull up, they came to the door. Ask me did they have the order right. I wanted to down grade to just internet, this would mean no phone or TV. When I said NO, they called in, wow they didnt have the part and would have to order it. It would be here and they would install it Mon. yup between 1 and 5. Well they showed up today, installed it and said all worked. I was so happy. I tried to get on the lap top tonight (you guessed it) no internet. Called them. Well they need to come back out, but cant come until Wed. yup between 1 and 5 to check it out. If I didnt have over a year on my contract I would kick them to the curb. Thank you for leting me vent. some time the best fix for a router is to hit the reset button on the router.. we had this same problem with our router and before my hubby had them come out he was looking at the router as he talked to them and said he would get back to them.. he pressed the reset button and presto back in business.. would you believe they never once mentioned try hitting the reset button..money money money is the name of the game..

It seems that company need 'to be told'. Perhaps a letter to those in charge?

I complained and they said they would take 20 off my bill. LOL I missed all togeather 1 1/2 days work for this.
