I too have many dust bunnies and could write on many areas. But with being on here and getting designs and then actually embroidering, who has time for housework?
When I first started I was on here more as I didn't have a lot of designs and collected quite a few so I would have some variety for embroidering. Seems to be quite a few of us in the same boat!
I just need more furniture for the dust bunnies. We just moved into our house and I have a formal dining room with NOTHING in it as well as a formal living room with NOTHING in it. When you have 2 dogs and 4 cats thats a lot of fur that flies around on the hardwood floors. My hubby is always fussin at me. We were very blessed with a foreclosure, but I have a LOT of hardwood to clean and no furniture to stop the fur!! I keep saying I want to get one of those electronic floor robot vacuum thingies - I just dunno how well it would suck up pet fur!!
I know what you mean! I've let the house work go way too long. Maybe tomorrow I'll do some cleaning!
I really think this site has a lot to answer for .heehee.BUT its all good
I saw a design I really liked saying, "Please don't disturb the dust bunnies; they are my friends!" I also
remind my visitors, "If you feel the need to sign your
name in the dust on my coffee table, please just don't date it!" My hubby threatened to, but I suggested he would be more helpful just to move his legs back and forth as he props them on the coffee table to watch tv.
Dust gone; problem solved! LOL

I don't iron anymore, I've got a big pile of whashing up waiting for me, the kids complain that the fridge is empty...Welcome at the Cuties !
Your not alone!!!! Even though I don't think it was the intent of this site to cause us to disregard the rest of our lives....what...there is life outside of embroidery...go figure.
Oh, me too! So addicted. If I miss a day I miss an alphabet letter (of which I've missed several) never to be seen as a freebie again. Very irritating.
What's more fun than being here..... This morning...I washed a Snowman rug that I couldn't find to use this last Chritmas...Because it didn't get put away properly after Christmas 2009, because I was going to wash it back then.......Oh well better late than never! I'm only two years behind to house chores.LOL
