He was not the cartoony type, so the child-like pictures wouldn't be right. I haven't found anything. Maybe someone has an idea of mine is a little too far "out there"?

Thank you everyone for your wonderful suggestions and thoughtful input. I'm going to try to combine a few different designs to see how it turns out. It sure is nice to get feedback from a creative bunch!

DeeLyn, what a special tribute - of coarse you should do what you want - I like the idea - go to Emblibrary and take a look at some of their designs.
