Another Walmart purchase. Combined three borders to make neckline design. Purchased borders on Emlibrary.com. Sewed the borders on white organza with sulky WSS stabalizer. THen used invisable thread and zig zagged on to T-shirt.

Beautiful! I love the method of stitching it separately and then attaching it to the T-shirt...LOL, I could have saved many a shirt by doing it this way. ;-D *4 all
