Hi Bev, I appreciate that the woman was rude and that is a bit hard to take. As for the 10 day wait - well this a fairly normal thing for me. Just be glad you don't live in rural Sth Australia. Where I live, there is only 3 incoming mail services a week and 1 freight service (for big things). Requires forward planning, and lots of patience!!
I live less than 400 miles away and priority mail should only take 2 days. It apparently was never mailed because the post office was just told to expect a package for mailing. But if she is re-sending it I'll be happy. I just want what i paid for.

Sorry to hear of your bad experience. Give Allstitch a try. They have a web site. and they ship everything really fast. Last time about several weeks ago I ordered Vilene and had it by the 2nd day after ordering. I have always had really good service from them. Hugs, Mary
Thanks Mary, i have never tried them but will have a look. I usually get good customer service where I buy my supplies. This time was the exception.

i got an email this morning. My package is being reshipped and she has put a trace on the other one. She was alot nicer this time but she has lost my business forever.

Cancel your payment. Then call the Post Office Inspector Service. If she sent you a confirmation number and didn't ship it that's Fraud. She can get in big trouble.
Sorry te hear about your bad experience Bev but don;t wait tooooo long before contacting the creditcardcompany and go never ever shopping there in the future. Good luck and let us know please after you resolved this problem.
I am not sure I would wait another week before contacting the credit card company and disputing the charge. You should have had the product by the 16th or 17th (assuming they only work weekdays) and we are already at the 23rd and you have nothing. AND I would never buy from them again - no excuse for nastiness and/or bad service (twice).
I am sorry you are having such a bad experience with this company. It is not right to be treated any way but with respect, after all, without customers, a company won't be in business very long. Personally, I don't like to pay someone to disrespect me, I don't take it very well. Things can happen and go wrong with a shipment, but there is no excuse for rudeness. I forgive a lot, but not being treated disrespectfully. That would be for me a reason never to shop their again.I hope you get your merchandise soon.
I understand what Bev is saying. I went into a shop here in New Mexico and they won't give you the time of day unless you bought a machine from them. I really don't think that is right either. So I didn't go back and I spent 60.00 in that store that day
Just think if all customers were treated that way. They may not have a business long.
I wouldn't give her another day. I'd call the credit card company and cancel the tansaction then refuse the package when it does come. I get really testy also when I have been ignored or lied to about something. I sold an item in a store and the owner gave me a bad check for it. I went in the store and she kept stalling on giving me my money so I simply told her that if she wanted me to announce out loud that she was paying in bogus checks I would be happy to do it and show everyone the check then take it to an attorney. It took her no time at all to open the register and give me cash. I had been checking with the bank everyday to get it cashed so after a week I fixed the problem. I'm a Cancer and I don't know if that is a trait or not but it works.
I'd be ticked off, don't think I would have been as polite on the phone with them as your were! I have been known to throw a fit in front of customers in a store if they try and mess with me. I had a VCR for one week and it was faulty, I returned it and they didn't have any more of that one so they wanted me to buy a more expensive one, I said no and I wanted my money back, they wanted to charge the famous "restocking fee", well, you can't restock a broken item, you don't have an in stock so you can't do anything there so I said all the money and pitched a fit, the manager took my paperwork in the back room, came back out and threw it at the cashier and told her to give me a full refund! You have to stick up for yourself and not let people take advantage of you. BTW, I am a Taurus, lol!
She sent me a nasty email. Good thing I didn't talk to her because I may not have been so Nice! I'll get my money back or get what I ordered, will never shop there again.

Bev, I would be just as ticked as you! It doesn't help that you got a rude response either. My favorite line when someone is rude on the phone to me, especially at a company that I just paid $$ to, I usually ask them.. "Are you always this rude to your customers or is today just my luck day?" Then I ask to speak to a dept manager. Good luck, I hope you receive you shipment soon!
