JoAnn fabrics also sells them. Good prices too.

They have them on sale at Hobby Lobby this week.

I have actually picked up infant and toddler shirts at the Dollar Tree - they don't always have them, and you do need to check them, but I even got Disney shirts there before. I don't feel to bad if I mess one up that way.

Joann's also carries small, blank T-shirts. H&*

I have been getting them for my great-nieces at WalMart.

I know that Hobby Lobby has all sizes for little kids and babies. I have found some at Walmart too. DeVon
