I see that my favorite quilting place Quilters Cache as already been posted....been going here for years with no problems.
Thank you. I'm about to look at all the recommended sites while I enjoy a coffee.
I like both McCalls and Better Homes and Gardens sites and trust them.

Besides the sites Jo mentioned, you might like the free patterns at Gail Kessler's store site:http://ladyfingerssewing.com/usef...
If you are ever in central PA, you must plan a stop here! You'll want to set up a cot and LIVE in the place! hee hee
And check out Bunny Hill Designs for their free BOM if you're into appliqué:http://www.bunnyhilldesigns.com/d...
Many thanks for the info: As I live in the UK it may be sometime before I get to visit though.
where were you? Quilters cache and quiltville are 2 places with lots of patterns and ideas. I was just on both last night to find inspiration.

I may be wrong, but it's the only site I've d/l from in the last week and problems started last Friday, less than 48 hrs. after my first d/l. I run all my security stuff every 10 days too.
Hmm. I belong to that and was there last night, also.I've started having some "issues" with the computer, but that started after that last big update from Microsoft a few weeks ago.
No problem with the Microsoft update so far! My security prog: have found 7 nasties - most of them Trojans - and a whole page of tracking cookies so far. Still checking. My problem came when I couldn't load any web page, I just kept getting a window explaining I was about to implode!
