challeges were very nice this year and even though I got the flu and missed a whole day, I finished 3 of them. Lots of the trunk shows had crystals in their designs. Does anybody on cute use the crystals and hot gun? Do you know a site that sells the good crystals? They were so pretty. Thank You (now back to reality).

Oh I envy you. All 4 of my machines are Babylocks. I miss classes, but there are no classes here for embroidery.

How lucky for you - a 4 day event - even if it was by the book - that allows you to know where to go to - if you forget or get stuck - when you do it on your own. So sorry to hear you got ill - there are many great sites for crystals - you have some good response so far, too.

I have used them. They have washed very well, but daughter doesn't put them in the dryer. Turn shirt inside out to wash.

You can find the swarovski crystals for the hot glue at Hobby Lobby and Michaels. I have ordered from firemountaingems and they are a great company to order from. Have fun! Carol

Wow a 4 day event, I had a hour session, it was very helpful, one thing I learned was that you can go back in stitch count to add more density to the file, but you have to be careful, that its not to dense. For instance, a little patch of grass or lettering, good to go over it again for a darker effect. I have a Babylock and love it! Focus on the basics before you plunge into the more delicate. So much to learn, great place for color thread listed below.
