When that happens to me, It's usually that the top tension isn't right, and it's usually I haven't threaded it correctly through the tension. Or.... my thread is rotten. Have you tried a different thread? Hope that helps. Let me know. You can PM me if you like... Jan
See that your bobbin is in the correct way and pulled under/through the little spring.Check and rethread the top thread.
I sometimes find that I've not done these correctly and the top thread is pulling tight(wound around the spool holder or the bobbin thread is not nicely through it's spring.
Watch the first few stitches of the design even if you remove the hoop to see how it is sewing under it.
I do sometimes lower the top tension for some stitchouts.

Thank you. I will have to look into that one. I lowered the bottom tension, used different stabilizer, different material and still no luck.

Try to thread up completly new amd TALK to your machine. Sometimes this helps me. Regards Sue
