When I sent the e-mail telling them that I didn't get peach, dk blue purple, and khaki. The very same day it was in the mail to me! I just got the mail and in the box were 4 colors! The 3 colors I needed and one extra for sorry we want to keep your buiness!

I also experienced their great customer service. They fixed the problem and threw in an extra spool, just as you said they did for you. Prompt and friendly service is so unusual in today's business world. It's wonderful to have a company like Metro to please us. Yes, I think Cuties are keeping them in business. Sandra

I went to the metro site last night and was tempted by the 50 new colors. Could not help myself, I bought them. They were mailed out today so I'll have them by the first of the week. I think Cuties are keeping them in business. LOL
