Lyn, I think this has been a great inspiration to many - getting them to make something that is different and challanging - I love that you have shared yours and I want to also make one - but for some reason - I just can't get to my machine these days.
I have cut down my time on here as well so I can get a lot more sewing done. Just not enough hours in the day. Cheers, Lyn
I think they are so pretty, just been waiting for a 4x4 to show up in DBC!
I don't feel that an apology is needed - you set out a beautiful project and inspired us - plus look how many different things can be done with that idea? Throw out something else for us. Hugs
OK! I have something that I can put into Projects, but not necessarily for embroidery. A lot of Stitching and the use of Glue. I have sold so many at Markets.
Lyn
No apology needed, I think it has been wonderful to see what people have come up with. Too bad I don't need another pincushion or I would have joined everyone.
If mops downloads a 4x4 one, I'm making one for my sister who loves to embroider and quilt also!
Agreed, nothing to be sorry for, having fun here !
Lots of fun.
Best regards Sue
Lyn i want to thank you for this new challenge Lol i love it I just wish we had more designs to work with but this to is causing me to learn lol Carolyn
Hi Carolyn, When I look at designs now I really just see if I can adapt them to Pincushions, but how many do you need?? If I see a pattern I will suggest it on Cuties. Lyn
Well, they are very pretty and it's nice to see everybody's creativity with them.
No need to be sorry we think it is great! We love seeing how everybody inturupts the same design and then somes up with their own. You have inspired a lot of people with one design. I thought that was what the purpose of the project section was all about. SO INSPIRE AWAY!! We all love your work keep on posting.Suzanne
Thank you. Your comments do inspire me. Wish I could make one for all of you. That way I wouldn't feel I am wasting my time making these Pincushions. Lyn
LOL! Looks like a challenge of some sort was posted without telling me. What size are these? I would like to try one, but I can't do anything larger than 4x4. So I miss out on a lot. :(
I know I'm not the only one who would love it!! Thanks a bunch mops!! Hugs
Martine, an extra flying flower for you for 4 x 4 so the small frames can join the fun.
Martine - that is great for those than can not edit or use the larger design. Very good gesture.
Martine, I saw a very small one - that I thought would be really cute to have dangling from the scissor holder - how small can you make one?
Thank you once again Martine, You always come to the rescue. Are you Cuties not able to adjust sizes on you machines like I can on my Brother Innovis 1200?? Lyn
Lyn, no I have a brother LB-6770 Project Runway. I can't do anything that isn't programed in the design. No skipping colors, or skipping to a color if the machine should get shut off by accident. No resizing, no USB, not upgradable, etc, etc... My husband bought it for me for my birthday a little over a year ago. I have a love hate relationship with it, lol! Love what I can do Hate what I'm limited to, lol!
Oh and the design has to be smaller than 4x4 or it says its to big... grrr!
Thank you for offering us a 4 x 4 of your beautiful design. I am going to make some for christmas gifts for family and friends.
That just shows you that all in the world can really get past our differences and get along eith each other. I for one that it is great that we all can share such a passion and everyones creations are unique and different plus gives others ideas to try... Wendi
I am enjoying it and sure many Cuties do! From time to time, it will be different designs/projects that will spice up our lives. Different strokes for different folks! Let's go with the moment!
