We had a picture book spring Easter. Spring flowers and the grass nearly ready for it's first cutting. Red Bud, Peach and Pear trees are blooming. It was in the 60s Sunday and will be in 30's tonight. I have been out covering the fruit trees. Isn't this mixed weather. Typical Carolinas.

Here in Michigan...there is still plenty of snow. The youngest niece had on her snowsuit...and because she has only started walking, had a hard time trying to reach down for the eggs in her "puffy" gear without falling over! At least the suit had enough batting in it to cushion her falls...only thing was, she could'nt get back up on her own very well! And we hardly had enough bare lawn to hide the eggs!

I'm enjoying a beautiful 27C/80.6F here (Australia), much better than the 35-40C that we've had for the last couple of months! Hugs and a flower carlene, and keep warm.

No Easter celebrating in our house but snow is making it hard for the Robins and Starlings (bug eating birds) to find lunch!

No snow yet, over here in France. But it's getting colder and colder - what a day to do some embroidery...
Happy easter!

Now snow - it is sunny now, and 77 degrees. We have had to turn on the air. I have 13 coming over for dinner, and only one grandddaughter still wants to hide eggs. The others are teenagers, and think that is beyond them. Happy Easter to you all.

We got the snow too (finally)!!!! It hasn't stopped since early last night :-) The bunny hid the eggs inside the house this year but it was still fun hunting. Happy Easter to all!

Well, I've still got snow on the ground here in Erie, PA, USA, *BUT* my mother's daffodils are poking their little heads thru it! I told them to go back, go back, but they know it's spring, I guess. I have bunny tracks in the snow all over the yard, but the only eggs I've found are those little tiny 'chocolate' ones, hee hee hee, I keep telling the dogs to stay away from them. Happy Easter, everyone! Marji

That's exactly why we don't have an Easter egg hunt. Right now in Ontario, Canada we have about 2 feet of snow.

carlene, we will actually be able to have the grands hunt for eggs in the grass this year - in UT after a really long and record breaking snow fall - so we are very pleased about that. Are you hunting for eggs in the snow and where are you? *4U Shirlene

Wow, it seems late in the year for snow, but I also have seen it in June, before, too! Have a Happy Easter.
