I've purchased several designs set and one one occassion had to e-mail them for support. Don't just click on the e-mail link, rather copy the e-mail address into your your normal e-mail otherwise any response that Lisa sends you may be going into your junk mail...she has always answered my e-mail in what I feel is great response time.
She'll make it right.
I also purchased those designs and did not have any problems. I can't imagine you not being able to download the designs. Hopefully you'll hear from them Monday and be able to complete your project.

I have purchased from SewSwell many times without a problem. I love the designs and how they stitch out as well. I'm sure someone will be getting back to you. I have always received a confirmation email with the download links enclosed. Like Marcelle said, they might be away or had something come up.
Were you not redirected to a download location after you paid? If you choose for them to email your designs and you did not receive your email you should first check your spam folder. Many of our spam software programs catch things with attachments.
They have been around for a long time so I can't imagine they would not send your designs. Perhaps they are away for the weekend or maybe had an emergency.

It was instant download and it didn't redirect me either. I checked my spam and email too. I just hope to hear from them soon. I needed the designs this weekend. Thanks for all you cuties help though.
