Just read Noah's post and I feel certain the needles from there would be cheaper than from Nancy's Notions because of our cost at the shop. Just wanted to give you a heads up cause we all need to save money where we can. *4U

Two that I have ordered from are
www.jhittlesewing.com

www.atlantathread.com

Good prices and services from both. It's amazing that when you have 100 needles on hand they seem to last longer!! I am using the Organ on a Viking and have no problems, just be sure to specify home sewing machine.

Jan,
Check out www.embroidery.com for needles. Click
"Sewing Supplies" in the categories left side of
screen. They have a good selection, and I
think the prices are very reasonable, too.

I really like the titanium needles. They seem to last longer for me.

Try www.NancysNotions.com and look for needles. She shows the small packs but She is listed under a distributor we used to get our 100 packs of Schmetz needles from for the shop. I just lost my job because bosses retired or could have got them for you. If she buys from Tacony she should be able to get you the 100 packs.
Hope this helps. We used Schmetz needles in every machine. They are good ones.

I'll try Nancy's to see. I heard that Klasse was made by schmetz. My friend with a 6 needle brother uses Organ with no problem and they are a whole lot less. I'd just like to save a little $$. Thanks

My friend has a 4 needle commercial machine, and she uses Organ needles, however they have "round" shanks, not the flat ones used in our home machines. Be careful when ordering! Linda

I think that I prefer Schmetz. I have tried some ofd the Organ - but I buy most of my needles from Shopper's Rule - Not sure about the large packs, but they have good prices on the packs -

Thanks Dionna, I've never been to that site. I'll check it out now. Nothing like a new website to check out!
