I'm looking for a free or reasonably priced Raggedy Ann face for my embroidery machine. It would need to be about 5" wide.

There are many precious Raggedy designs at Designs & Bears and her related websites. I have a link to a quilt block that you can go to, to see what they look like.
I know because I have always loved Raggedy Ann/Andy and was blessed with a redheaded granddaughter whom I dressed in Raggedy Ann clothes!
