Temps above 40 degrees.... Woo Hoo! Sinuses on the war path because of it...Boo Hoo! They are sure starting to hurt, even getting a headache :(

23450170 Here this morning on the Gulf. A really bad front went through and several tornadoes struck the area. Now the temp has dropped to 62. You don't want to visit here at the moment.
Have you ever tried the "Nettie Pot" It really works for me along with some Ibuprofen. I get sinus headaches all the time. In fact during some months I just live on Zyrtec.
Just don't let the sinuses problems get into your chest. But you probably already knew that. cj
