Check out www.icantoodesigns.com. Ruth is a sweetheart and so helpful. She has many free tutorials on her website for Embird. She will be willing to help you understand. She is a member of SewForum and has given many wonderful free designs. If you have not joined SewForm, please do, you will be in awe of the wonderful info and designs given by many talented digitizers. I have the basic Embird and its Iconizer plug-in. I love Embird. Will purchse the Studio plug-in, should I ever decide to learn to digitize. For the cost, it is the Best!!
Angel
Thank you Angel - this is a great site and I was able to download her tutorials. This is so exciting - can't wait to get started.
There are several written tutorials at Bill's website: the first link below.
You will alos find Videoa tutorials at Clipartopolis: second link.
Also Embird has help files/tutorial to plug into Embird, free from their site: third link.
Or you can access and read them online: link 4
and you will also find some free tutorials at Rosanne Birkey's website: Link 5
I haven't posted thes in a long time so it is time they were posted again for everyone to find.
You can't go wrong with Embird, just remember, even though you have downloaded and installed the full version, you do not have access to all of it capabilities and it has certain restrictions on the program, until you purchase the licences for each module and install them into your active program.
Hugs and enjoy, Meganne
By the way, I plan to buy the full registered version if I think I can manage to use this software so I'm excited to try and see if this is something I might want to do. I have actually been inspired by all the cuties out there that offer the free designs and hopefully someday I will be as good as you are! Thanks!
