THANKS SO MUCH to all the CUTIES that answered my question re: stabilizer for fleece.. This is the result ! I, as suggested by some, did not hoop the jacket..I also used the great tip about safety pins !! THANK YOU ALL AGAIN for the help. What a GREAT family I have here !

Thanks Toogie.. Is your Stormy an Arab too ? Can't say that this Stormy was born in the same conditions as yours .. but he sure is a GREAT kids horse.. *4U
