How permanent is the color? Have you tried washing one of these?

I simply colored on fabric with regular crayons keep them sharp by using a sharpener if you would like it to be more secure like paper you can iron freezer paper on the wrong side of the fabric peel it off after u are finished coloring and turn it over and press putting a paper towel under it keep the colors from getting on u iorn board cover.
Looks beautiful. Please more details.
Draw you pattern off with a hard lead pencil ver light and color in with crayons and color very light where u want your shade or darker and you can outline in black perment marking pen or a runing stitch with needle and thread both look nice. be sure to set
Did you color by hand with fabric markers or crayons? and then heat set?
