Is this site running slow? When is the best time to down load designs?

There are times that it is slow--plus times that I have been kicked off, because of an overload. When this happenes I just wait awhile--then try again. H&*

I see you are in my time zone and I find the best time for me is between 5 and 7 AM.

Doesn't seem too slow right now. I don't think there is a best time to dl because there are people from so many countries and their time is different so they are sleeping when we are up and vise versa.
